    David M. Laucks

    David M. Laucks is a York County native, graduating from York Suburban High School in 1980. At Ursinus College, he majored in Political Science with minors in History and Finance and graduated cum laude in 1984. He graduated from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University in 1987 and thereafter joined his father, Samuel S. Laucks, Jr., in the practice of law.

    In addition to being admitted to practice before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, he was also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania in 1993 and the United States Supreme Court in 1996.

    He is a member of the York County, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law and the Elder Law Sections of the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. He has been a participant in the Pennsylvania Bar Institute Estate Practice Series and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is a member of the York County Estate Planning Council and is past chair and currently a member of the Estate Planning and Probate Law Section of the York County Bar Association.
